Litle's Cement Finishing Inc Poured front porch Lecanto Florida

We purchased a home by Bruce Kaufman Construction, end of 2018.  He had Litle's Cement Finishing Inc,  perform all concrete work for him.

Litle did a lousy job of pouring the garage floor and the entrance to the garage.  Water constantly leaks into the garage when it rains, leaving water marks 12 feet into the garage.

He also poured the front porch of our home.  The concrete was then stained.  It is the worst job of staining we have ever seen.  We have spoken to several people that worked on this house and they concur, it is awful.

Litle and Bruce Kaufman refuse to fix the crappy job.  Kaufman promised that the concrete would look like that of another home he had recently built after staining.  Total lie.

Of course Kaufman does not want to address this ongoing issue with Litle Cement finishing, inc., doesn't want to lose him as a contractor.

Kaufman failed to properly supervise his subcontractor, Litle Cement Finishings, Inc. Litle Cement Finishings, Inc. failed to supervise their employees.  NEITHER will own up to the crappy job.   Kaufman has been invited to look at the terrible job on more than one occasion, but refuses. Kaufman refused to answer the Better Business Bureau also, totally ignoring them.

As of 06.16.20 nothing has changed, crappy stained front porch lives on.

I would stay away from Bruce Kaufman Construction and Litle's Cement Finishing, Inc.
