I am reporting on behalf on a former employee/manager. A paycheck was issued after the former employee/manager had left the business. The check was held at the store and later sent by one of the employees. The check was not received and the employee could not verify that the check was sent by providing a receipt or tracking number, and this employee has a history of stealing from the business through "tips" and through customer transactions involving the cash register.
