Live Right Nutrient, Perfect Skin On June 18th I received an email advertisement for Topical Vitiman C eyecream. I went to the website to order it and it said for a limited time they would send a sample for $4.95. I didn't receive the product until July 15th. I did not see anything about having to cancel within 17 days or I'd be enrolled in an auto ship program and charged $89.95 per month. When I called the number on their website I was on hold for 30 minutes each time I called (2x) and then disconnected. I found another phone number to call and called on August 11th after receiving an email saying that my next shipment had shipped and I was being charged $89.95. The person I spoke with told me to call back on the 19th when I received the order and they would send me a return slip to return the shipment and I would be taken off the auto ship and refunded once they received the product back. I was told to call the same number, which I did, only to be told that I was calling the wrong number and given another number. I had to call 4 times to get all of the correct information and was hung up on several times after asking to speak with a supervisor and when the person(s) I was speaking with did not answer my questions. I was given an address to return the products to, but when I received an email with the RMA number there was a different address. After the 4th call I finally got the full story. Not only was I charged $89.95 for the 2nd shipment BUT I was charged $89.95 for the first / sample shipment as well! This is a SCAM and I am reporting them to the BBB and posting this on every social media outlet I can find! Their website says they are located in Scottsdale, AZ, but the address I was given to return the items is in Savannah, GA. Scottsdale, AZ AZ & GA
