live technician Bryan williams Adam Thomas sent an alert message to my laptop stating I had to call their number to get rid of the spy ware I had and they said I had to pay a certain amount depending weather I wanted for 1 year or 3 years and so on.. was very persistent and I did tell him I would report him to the police and to the better business bureau.  Hi I received an alert sign stating that my lap top was being hacked and that I had to call the number immediately to get the problem fixed I wasn't able to close out the window every time I tried and I called and they went through a process on my lap top showing me the spy ware and that my lap top had been hacked.. I was dumb enough to follow with the process but I called back and canceled said they were gonna call back with a refund confirmation number but have not called back yet..
