stay away from livefishdirect ive ordered fish and i always get fish that have bad color or the size  ive even had them send the wrong sex they wont send pictures of the fish i buy and now i know why cuz they have awful color.. when i call there rude and unwilling to help i dont know how they get away with sending the fish they do i just dont want anyone to have the problems i went thru

Please contact us at josh@livefishdirect.com We would love to make it right for you and refund your money as well as find replacement fish that you are satisfied with. We are very sorry you have felt wronged by our business. Please allow us to make it up to you as an unhappy customers truly makes us feel awful and is a very rare occurrence. Of the thousands of positive reviews we have received, we have only had a handful of negatives. Our arms are always open to resolving your dissatisfaction.
