Even though you write and email that they are not authorized to use your credit card they do . Plus out of the blue they charge you another 20.00 on your credit card for something you are not aware of. When you try to call all you get is a buzy signal. Read "Terms and Conditions" before buying

AUTHOR: Dorothy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 13, 2008

I, too, am a consumer of Wu-Yi Tea and as of yesterday, I saw a transaction on my checking account for $19.95 by Living Lean, Las Vegas, NV. I called my bank to have them try to find a telephone number so I could call the company. In the mean time, I looked the company up online and found this website with numerous rip-off reports. I immediately called Wu-Yi Tea. I had no problem cancelling my account, even after they asked me why and I told them about these reports. They then explained the Living Lean transaction and gave me their number where I again cancelled my account and was given a confirmation number. I went back to the Wu-Yi Tea website, gave "made-up" information to get to the page that finally gave me a link to the "Terms and Conditions". Let's be honest here: most of us NEVER read this part. Here is an excerpt I copied from the terms and conditions: "Along with your Wu-Yi trial, you will also be given a thirty day bonus trial to LivingLean ($19.95 a month after the thirty days, this can be cancelled at any point, even the moment you finish this checkout!). This also entitles you to priority placement for each seasons limited supply (we ship you a fresh, three month supply every ninety days, even before we make new shipments available to the general public), all for the locked in, guaranteed low price of only $29.95 a month plus S/H (this thirty five percent discount will stay available to you for as long as you choose to stay is the program, even when the retail prices go up).

No commitments, no hassles. Cancel anytime by calling..." So, there you have it in black and white. As for the other reports of people not receiving their shipmehts and having trouble cancelling their accounts, as I said, I had no problems in these areas. I did notice, however, that now the website says the shipping for the trial shipment is only $4.95 whereas I paid $6.95. Still, I do not feel I have been rip-offed or that there was any fraud involved.
