I ordered a wooden watch with a saying for my dad that costs $59.95 for Christmas, and it was never shipped to me. So I was ripped off $59.95 and I had no gift for my dad. We have made numerous attempts to reach the company through email and phone calls. We left messages and they never replied to us. We also were never given a working tracking number.
