Deadbeat Dad, Lloyd Shiroma of Kaneohe Hawaii has not paid child support for his 3 shildren in years. Quit his job so he would not have to pay, does not provide medical Insurance, has no contact with children.

Has been verbally abusive to children in the past. Child Support Agency is involved, but have been no help what so ever. It seems that my 3 children will never receive the child support they are owed. In the mean while, Lloyd Shiroma is cruzin on his Harley, and riding around in his new jaguar.
