Unfortunately a small trucking company like this one can't attract great drivers. So it's not uncommon to have a driver that no big trucking company will hire come work for a small trucking outfit. I am an owner operator and I have teamed up with work for this company at times. They are a great family owned business. Unfortunately they have had several dead beat drivers that have caused them to go nearly broke several times.
The individual that left the first post I know in passing, I have exchanged trailers with him a time or two when I was subcontracting for Loadrunner Express. This previous employee leaves all sorts of posts all over the internet about other trucking comapnies he has worked for, and every post is about how bad the company is.
Maybe he should buy his own truck and see what its really like.
