Loan America Financial Corp. promises personal loans, generally for bad credit individuals. However, in order to secure the loan, they require that the borrower pay the insurance premium upfront.

After the borrower pays the premium in cash, through a wire transfer or service like Western Union, the rip off has just occurred. The lender is no longer able to be reached and all the personal and financial information of borrower is now vunerable for future scams, identify theft and so on.

I lost $956.00 due to this particular scam and though I realize there's nothing I can do, I am hopeful that by getting the word out, these people will be stopped!
