Loan Shop Collection This company claimed that I got a loan and did not pay the enter my new account and drafted260.00 dollars and say that I owe then 180 and more I did not give them permission to go in my account Internet

I don't know what to do this PAYDAY COMPANY CALLED LOAN SHOP COLLECTION said I got a loan from them when I had a account at Twin State Federal Credit Union well they did not get paid because they drafted the account so much that I could not afford the over draft so they closed the accoun. Well I open anew one and did not give this account and they went in my account and took out 260.00 dollars and when I went to my new credit union they could not give me a number or anything to call this company back so I google them got a number and call they said I signed something that stated that they could go in my new account where ever it was but when I asked if I could get a copy of the they said that I would have to fax something in giving them ermission to release this information but they did not need my permission to go in my account which I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO . PEASE HELP ME THIS JUST HAPPEN TO ME 01/04/2010. I cold not even pay my rent because of this  PLEASE HELP ME
