Joseph Clarke is a local scam artist who frauds, lies and deceives anybody he can to try and reach his dream of being a famous public figure. He's done nothing successful with his life. He's now partnered up with Chartrael Hall, Kelvin Young and Juan Ditto all out of Louisville, Company to buy into his most recent scheme. It's all about alcohol and partying!

He claims to be a Real Estate Developer, Broker, Consultant, Rapper, Singer and Producer. He's nothing but a unfaithful two bit hustler who preys on single women while his wife Colleen Brigett McCarthy raises their son. He's acts like a big shot business executive but if you look closer you will see it's nothing but a scam. He has no successful history in anything but ripping people off. Do your research. He's tried to launch company after company but nothing has worked. He claims to be connected in the music industry but he is not. He's had a record deal back in the nineties but that failed too. He has zero crediblity which you can see online with a quick google search. He's partnered up with publicist Cynamin Jones of Reveal Agency and she can't land stories for him. What I am writing right now is the most anything has ever been written about him. He's frauded so many people and now he's got  Chartrael Hall, who is also an unfaithful family man who leaves his wife Shelby Pile to raise their daughter. Both Chartrael Hall and Joseph Clarke cheated on their wives in Atlanta, Georgia in the last weekend in January. Their company Local Choice Lifestyle company is a liquor company that is only used to booze women and take advantage of them. I've seen it time and time again. They hang out in clubs like they are single men in there twenties. Joseph defrauded me out of money and caused tortuous interference with by business. 

Besides being a habitual liar, Joseph Clarke is a habitual drug user who is always seen high or drunk around St Matthews. He got Pixie Paula of Local Choice Spirits to buy into deception. She is unaware of his lifestyle, but if she researched him she would see that he has no credibility. Clarke currently works a female out of Indiana who is currently under investigation in Louisville, Kentucky and is being documented with entire other ripoff report that we are uploading with facts and screenshots that will shock you. Clarke is aware of all this. But he will do whatever it takes to feed all his worldly desires.
