Local Referral Services "LRS" formally American Shingle- formally owner by Carlton Dwan Dunko - now under new ownership to stay under the radar is calling homeowners in SC, TN, OH, GA, and AL from their call center in Tampa, FL setting appointments for their "weather specialist" to come out and look at homeowner's roofs. They are telling homeowners to submit a claim to their insurance provider under the "Act of God Claus" to get a new roof. When the home owner gets the money they tell the homeowner to forward the check over to them being "American Shingle" or now "Local Referral Services" "LRS". American shingle owes 350,000 people new roofs. They took their money and did not install a new roof for those home owners.
