LOGICOPERATIONS.COM Sells Microsoft Office Books with multiple errors! Internet

Buyer beware! Logical operations sells Microsoft books with multiple errors. I have bought couple of books from their website. When I started to use the books I found many error and couldn't use the practice files tha the books come with because what's is in the book is different than what is in the practice files. I called the company and explained to a costumer service repreentative what was the problem. He conected me with the so called "manager", John Okeefe. I have never met someone who is so unprofessional. When I explained what the problem was, he replied I should work around it and told me I can copy the files from their revised book.

However, the revised books are exactly the same as the original books and the files that come with them have exactly the same mistakes. I called again and spoke with John Okeefe, who started to act extremly mentaly unstable, he began to yell, was irritable and extremely rude. I asked him to give me a refund and I would send the books back. He said no because according to him there are no mistakes. I wrote him an email and spelled out like to a 3 year old what seems to be the problem. He emailed me back admitting there are multiple errors in the books and assited me in fixing the problem. It seemed that all the practice files excersises where in the wrong files and where all over the place except where they belong.

This company is extremely unprofessional. It doesn't even have a physical address. I am sure there is a reason. Also, at one point the customer service reprresentative tried to connect me to what they call the" VP" of customer service, Chan Foster. If you call her she never picks up the phone even if you leave a message, which also shows how incompetent and ignorent she is.My suggestion is do not purchase any books or services from this website, you will only lose your money and there is not one normal person you can speak with. No wonder, since they have no physical location and no physical address, you can tell that the this website and so called "company" is of poor caliber!!!!!
