 VERY VERY VERY ! Unprofessional Customer Service, try to stop an online order before it was shipped. To prevert from returning the order. I was told that the order was already shipped, when actually the order was not shipped until 3 days later. Once I receive the order they would not refund my money. Therefore, their only willing to give a store credit! Spoke to supervisor Hannah (if that really her name) She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she hung up on me twice . Spoke with another customer services rep would not give me any assistance or provide another supervisor name or phone number he also hung up on me ! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
