We intended to take a motorcoach tours to Grand Canyon and then take a helicopeter ride on July 7 leaving from Planet Hollywood at 6:05 a.m.. We waited for our shuttle bus to pick us up they were late becsue they were waitaing for others whom did not show up, this is vitale in this sotry. We were then dropped off at a place where the motorcoach buses were gathered, they talked us all up into doing some add on which we then did for a helicopter tour GRAND CANYON SOUTH RIM NATIONAL PARK AN DHOOVER DAM LUXURY MOTOR COAT TOUR LAS-80001 WE ALSO HAVE ANUMBER OF aIRBRIDGE iNC 702-739-1758. We paid $300.00 in cash and 169. for th ebus tour (we have since stopped payment fo rth etour)

We go to get on the bus and there are no seats except maybe one or 2 single one. We were on our HONEYMOON and we could not sit together, they said they could move people around to accomodate, but all they came up with was by the bathroom. Would you want to sit for 12 hours by the bathroom for $500.00?? We then got off the bus and told them there were no seats, they said there was and re-arranged the seating for us, it was totally packed, the a/c was not working well and we were cramped in an older bus, instead of taking 2 buses to the place for compfort fo rthe paying clientele.

So my husband swore at them and then we got thrown out of the building and we called the Police they came and spoke to them but they did not give us our money back. The police said "welcome to Las Vegas!" what does that mean? Welcome, to getting ripped off?" So the kindly shuttle bus driver took us back to get breakfast at a hotel.

ALl we want is our money back of $300.00 and to treat others like a professional company. I will NEver take anthing that isn't checked out first as a reputable tour company.
