2006 Subaru purchased with an Ontario Safety Standards Certificate. Later discovered the rear brakes were seized, check engine light is disconected, all 4 tires were set at 20 lbs each to give a smoother ride, engine was from a wrecker, not original.

When contacted re items they wanted nothing further to do with us.

We are now in the process of small claims court.

I'm curious...with all the OBVIOUS problems...VERY OBVIOUS problems which you or anybody else can clearly see, how did the test drive go? Umm, you do know what a TEST DRIVE is, don't you? Maybe you don't!
