Isnt there an American-Owned armored company out there? All businesses in American and all those looking for work, beware of being sucked into the charm of foreign armored car companies. It seems that Loomis has a habit of destroying their customers and employees at their convenience. It also seems like this foreign company fails to provide adequate training, equipment, and support to armored personnel while reaping profits for their fat-cats.

Where there is poor morale, there is hostility toward the company, management, coworkers, and customers. We are extremely disappointed and hurt to see that there has developed such a deep hatred with the ranks of Loomis ASTs in Michigan due to misplaced, misguided, and misdirected management. You really must get rid of this deceptive smiling coward before he hurts us all. Talk about a dysfunctional culture. Lead people, manage thing; how many times have you heard that statement? The events of the past three years at Loomis, Grand Rapids sheds light on the collapse of a system that relies mostly and entirely on supervisor trust.

When supervisory cowards bully and badger, trust cannot be established. That trust was first violated when a representative appointed people to be supervisors who had no idea how to lead people or manage armored operations. And with the replacement of the past branch manager, there still is no one in position with the knowledge and understanding to lead this organization forward.

You know, you may think you are dealing with a manager who is very admirable, so you think. Well, the branch manager must be doing fine, the branch is making profit. But you know, we go through dozens and dozens of examples of poor management at the Grand Rapids base on a daily bases, and nothing is being done about it. Here is a culture that leads to these kinds of problems, where a manager attacks the employees for his own failures, fails to give employees credit for a job done well, and fails to reward those who do a great job.

We are disillusioned by the entire incident that this behavior has not yet got in step with the professional standards expected of your managers. Why doesnt the executive leadership take allegations of management impropriety serious?
