I saw and ad for Lord and Taylor for a portable AC Unit, 10,000 BTUs for $150. I immediately jumped on the deal.

What I got in the mail was an Air Cooling unit. This is not an Air Conditioner. It says right on the Box, NOT AN AIR CONDITIONER.

I contacted customer service, and they apoligized and said they would send a shipping label over a week ago. They will not respond, I have not sticker, and my credit card has not been credited. Who does business like this?

This is a bait and switch to the Nth degree. I need your help.
