Placed an order on March 24, 2011, website said shipping usually in 1 day. Placed several orders to Amazon.com on the same day. Received Amazon orders within 1 week but nothing from Lotiontown.com. No comfirmation of order on my email account - nothing, so I emailed them after 1 1/2 weeks. Received no response. Emailed again, still no response. Began trying to look up a phone number, address, alternate name for the company - found nothing. Nothing on their website. I placed the order for my boss, now I look like an idiot with no product, no phone number, no way to contact the company, bad things written about them on the internet AFTER I place the order and it looks like no recourse to get my money back.
