Ordered a replacement CD [on August 21] for the one I lost last year and it has not yet arrived. Have written to them multiple times and sent a copy of the receipt. I waited 7 weeks to do that. They do not respond. Checking with the BBB I see that they stopped responding 3 complaints ago. The BBB lists 5 complaints. I'm sure there are many who didn't file. So, have fun with the software but think twice before a purchase. It's unusable after the trial without the reg number on the CD case.
