Loudoun County Public Schools ripoff of jobs not hiring qualified applicants hired friends instead Leesburg Virginia

I "herd" that Loudoun County Public Schools prefers to hire individuals who demonstrate intelligence which, judging by your misuse of homonyms and this ludicrous report, you obviously don't have.

I am an employee of LCPS and it's insulting for someone who didn't get a job (you) to get butt hurt and take to "Ripoff Report" to complain. Just think of how many "Ripoff Reports" there would be if everyone filed a report every time they were rejected for a position they applied for.

Also, if friends of employees are hired, it's because they met the requirements for the position. Are you familiar with employee referrals? A friend of mine referred me to a position other than the one I currently hold and I didn't get it because there was a more qualified applicant. So, being friends isn't a guarantee, either.

In short, your report is a load of hot air and hurt feelings. Don't take your failure out on LCPS.

I may have 1 possibility with this job. So I am going to withhold more information for now. I will update later if I have more problems.

The problem it with the IT department of the school system. I am sure other departments have had that problem to but, I didn't apply for those. This system of theirs is illegal and immoral. When someone posts an ad in the paper they are required to hire from the people. They are not to hire friends internally. Some of the schools are in a total computer mess while others get all new equipment.
