Louis Fow worked for Boxcar Stores General Foods for approximately 8 weeks. He was
discharged because at the end of the day, it was the belief of the company that
he did not know what he was talking about, but had a great gab. He would jump
from subject to subject and could not concentrate on any one project that he
was supposed to accomplish.

Louis Fow signed a confidentiality agreement and broke it consistently by telling our
competitors what we were doing and our business plan. The company, General
Foods, got into potential litigation with a Canadian firm and Fow went to the
company and offered to testify against his former employer. Mr. Hoffman,
president of General Foods and Boxcar Stores, was not the one making the
decision that Louis Fow was to be discharged.

Louis Fow was in continuous communication with Eric Leavell, who is under two police
investigations in Atlanta, GA at this moment and there may be more soon. Mr. Leavell
was an employee of General Foods, who stole company records. We were also
informed that Mr. Leavell has been in and out of mental institutions for a
number of years. Mr. Fow has also been in contact with Mr. Paul Rinko, who was on the rip off report.
