Please do your research and find a reliable Italian or Dalmatian contractor who cares about the workmanship of their projects and whom has integrity.
San Pedro is a small place and one's reputation is one's guarantee.
Lou Roupoli charged me $4700 for two doors (front door and side door) The price changed three times in four weeks after signing the contract. (a warning sign that I should have heed).
The sub contractor who installed the two doors asked me what I had paid Lou's Floor Covering for the project. I showed him the contract and invoice for $4700. He shook his head in disgust and showed the invoice his company had sent to Lou's Floor Covering. The amount was for $2700.
Quite simply, I was at fault for not contesting the problems before, during, and after installation.
In retrospect, I should have done this project myself.
Please be extremely careful if you are even considering using this business.

POOR QUALITY!
Please do yourself a favor and find a reliable contractor. Do not make the same mistake I have by using Lou's Floor Covering.
