over 20 years ago,,i returned a 1995 ford 4x4,, my x husband filed bankrupsy and did not imclude me , love ,beal and nixion did not keep ther claim active in the county where i live in filed and up to date. , out of no where,,no warning,i get papers in the mail where my garnishment had been filied in the county i live in..,i get garnishe for 3,123.72 ,, the same month i make my first payment on my morgage for my home. My compaint is the ganishment should be paid by 5/2015 but isnt because of fees they have added on to it.. is this legal
