Lovgren Maching took an advance payment of $500.00 for machining parts. After submitting samples valued at $82.94. Lovgren refused to return calls, emails, faxes, product or refund.
Their website claims the following: "Where Our Goal is Complete Customer Satisfaction" and "RATED 5 STARS ON MFG.COM".
For the record, we are not satisfied and doubt anyone would be considering what Lovgren defines as "Complete Customer Satisfaction" and furthermore, here's how to get "RATED 5 STARS ON MFG.COM": register. Just pick a company name and address and voila, you, too will have 5 STARS! Now that's a solid endorsement.
