Four months ago I had a ceramic tile floor installed, when the installer came to install the tile he had his ten year old son to help him install the floor.
I should have known then this was not a good situation.
He finished the job and I mentioned to him at that I did't think the tiles matched, he answered that's because the grout has to wear off, it never did.

I called Lowes they came and finally agreed the tiles did not match and would repace the floor, told me to pick out a different tile and I did. Weeks past nothing happened I called there response was they had to wait to get the funds, which at the time seem very stange to me that lowes had wait for funds, finally they called the tile was in, but guess what they got the wrong tile.
Now again I had to go back to store and this time I was told to call the manager in the store on his cell phone that I picked the tile this time my sons were with me.

A few weeks later Lowes called and again the tile was in, the men came on a Monday and started to break up floor, I left for awhile because I have emphysema and cant take the dust, on my return they had started to lay about 1/4 of the floor when I say the tile I asked them to stop, again the wrong tiles were being installed.

So, now they had to remove the tile they had laid, and put back appliances and then left. They left me with a broken cement floor didn't cover it, for almost a week cement rocks all over, and my breathing got so bad I had to call an emergency Doctor to help me. When I wen to to use the washing machine it flooded the kitchen, due to the fact that it wasnt install correctly.

Now I had to wait again for tile it finally came, But this time they had to come with jack hammers to remove the old cement, needless to say they house was covered with cement particals, my son and I had to fight Just to get Lowes to have the house cleand they only wanted to clean two rooms I live in a ranch style house.

Lowes has offered $500.00 for this terrible ordeal.
I told them this is not a acceptable. When I mentioned to Lowes about my emphysema, the answer I got was their not responsable for my condition, my answer they should have done much better for me then leaving a cement floor uncovered for almost a week, that surely did not help my condition.

Very Truly Yours
