LPC "Credit"Card Took "partial" information on their application...I caught the hook..and backed out of it, erasing all my info. and never concluded the application.Nonetheless,they took their $49.95 fee. Portland Oregon

I have sent them an email (in fact, two) telling them to refund my money immediately. I am headed to my bank to try to stop them from anymore. I did not even receive this until yesterday afternoon late. This is the last poor sucker in N.C. they will get when I am through with them. Having been a former legislator, I will have introducted legislation barring them from doing business in this state and am requesting the Attorney General's office to begin an investigation.
