This individual called claiming he had legal action against me for loans dating from 2009-2011. It scared  me because I knew I did not owe any money. I was very polite and cordial, but when I started asking questions he became very rude, impatient, and defensive. He would not provide a copy of the action taken against me, a payment contract until after all the payments were made in full, or email confirmation. I even heard him mumble some crude words under his breath a few times. He sounded either middle eastern or asian indian. Fortunately, I did pay this guy any money and do not plan too.
