I ordered merchandise from Ltk Research through my Visa check card. The very next day, I cancelled my order and requested a refund in full of $360.00. This request seemed to be reasuring, but after 3 weeks and the money still was not credited back into my account, I made a second phone call. Still yet, no refund and no merchandise either.

After a third call to the compnay I recieved $240.00 of my money back and to this day, they still owe me $120.00. This has been strung outsince the beginning of December. This company cost me over a thousand dollars in bad checks. My only request is to just finally get my money from this company. I will be content.

I was ripped off also

I placed an order on 9-18-03. My credit card was charged. After a week I e-mailed them asking about a tracking number since they supposedly send orders via priority mail. I heard nothing back from them. I wrote them an additional 2 times and again, I heard absolutely nothing from them. I asked for a refund on my credit card and guess what? Again no response from them. All I would like is either a charge back to my credit card or my product shipped out. I don't understand why this is so difficult.

I also know of another person that oredered from them and paid for overnight express delivery. He placed this order 2 weeks before I did. Anyone want to guess what he received? If you guessed nothing you are correct.

It is definitely not a way to do business and absolutely not a way to get any repeat business.

To whom it may concern,

We have checked our records and do not have a customer by this name, Nichole,or even in this city, Clyde, Ohio.

Further, it makes no sense that we would refund only a partial amount of the order. If the order was cancelled before it was sent out, the full amount would be refunded. If it had been sent out already, it would have had a restocking fee.

We also checked the second entry, Justin from Warren, Michigan. We found no such customer.

If these customers would contact us directly, then we will be happy resolve these issues after we have verified their information.

My order from LTK for 2 bottles of product arrived 1 short. In less than 2 weeks after writing back to LTK, I received the 2nd bottle by priority mail.

I'm beginning to agree about LTK being idiots

I odered from them 10 days ago with my mastercard. To no avil, nothing is in the mail. And they won't answer calls, or email. What the hell can I or anyone else do about this? I'm pretty pissed.
