This weasel showed us a 1974 home in the dark and wouldnt give us a second view til we paid the first month rent and after the second view with the lights on we noticed the home was very outdated and suffered from mold and mildew and was in bad need of renovating. we requested our money back as we never stayed in the home and he refused to do so basically taking advantage of poor people in the memphis area as all his properties are slum properties and not worth leasing
