I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They took a few weeks to arrive. They were the wrong size. All queries as to returns, refunds etc remain unanswered. Their phone number doesn't even have a human automatic response system, just a computerised voice. Initially this gave you 2 options (none of which took you to a person on the other end of the phone). Now there are no options whatsoever and the website is dead. It's not looking good.

Having used this compant for nearly 2 years , i must say i never had any problems with recieving goods , everything arrived within 30 days .. Untill march this year , 1 item missing /no refund . tried phoning many times ,did manage to get through but was never able to speak to someone from despatch , although the people i did speak to were helpful , it did take untill june this year for full order to be sent .. I think the problem lies with incompitent despatch clerks , who either can,t read or take instructions , i have complained to Lucid/Gothic as i always found them a good co to deal with in the past . My advice to anyone waiting or having problems with order is to keep phoning and also email them .
