Since you seem not being able to understand, and this for convenient reason.

THERE IS NOT SPACE, FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT THAT YOU TOOK 15 HOURS ACCORDING TO YOU TO CREATE AND PUT TOGETHER DRAWINGS... dO YOU UNDERSTAND???

You can't claim being a qualified architect, and not to have to minimum knowledge to point out that the top floor room IS ALREADY IN THE LOFT..

Woman YOU WASTED MY TIME...  You bombarded me with emails and text messages for the louzy 100£.... You stopped ONLY AND WHEN i told you that if you don't stop with your erratic text that I would get in touch with your employers...

You have been given the project, when you clarified that you were working for the KPF as an architect, otherwise I wouldn't have dreamed to deal with you.

All that is beside the point... Which intelligent person will take this route, in wanting to damage anyone's reputation, by putting details on this website.

As for the previous dispute, also inserted by someone totally UNINTELLIGENT... for which i have not bothered even to responde, this was through an Indian company who had also conned us for an on line assistance.  She didn't get paid like you , as she has been a time waster EXACTLY like yourself.

This is my last follow up about report I wrote about Lucy Grey, who didn't pay me for a job I did for her.The job had nothing to do with KPF and Lucy Grey knows that. Most firms don't get their clients from Gumtree and the company I work for don’t do loft extensions.

Original report is correct, I have all written correspondence as proof. Since Lucy Grey has seen the report she has written multiple abusive messages to me and my employer in a bid to drag them into the story. In the 15 emails Lucy Grey has sent this year, she has called me names like: unintelligent, stupid, crazy, twisted, vicious, hysterical…. I have not replied any of the emails. Although Lucy Grey hasn't been specifically racist many of her emails have a racial undertone. Something that I will report to the police if it continues. 

Lucy Grey seems to have come unhinged since seeing the initial report. I wonder if she has done the same to the first person who reported her in this website before me. I won't write anymore because her replies and emails are becoming rather tiresome and repetitive.

Rosa rius working fro KPF.Com - as clearly she must be cheap and cheerful to the, claiming to have been badly treated following 15 hours of work completed (according to her) with several meeting with local authority, without having received the 100£ claimed by her. for a project that if she was qualified should have been clear to her that would have been impossible.

Infact she was taken on board for the development of a loft THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DEVELOPED without my knowledge, (as this was a project that I had taken to complete for a colleague who is also a friend).  with no space for any development whatsoever.

Ms rosa Rius inserted a full page full of lies on the ripoff report to claim to have been badly treated, but the astinishment is not about a neurotic , bogus quite frankly UGLY IN AND OUT BEHAVIOUR of Ms Rosa Rius, but the full astonishment is from a company like KPF claiming EXCELLENCE... When I contacted them trying desperately to clarify that what is being said is a TOTAL LIE, giving them the opportunity to visit the property themselves and see it for themselves, that there is no space in the loft, since the loft seems to have been already developed, they tried to push the matter under the carpet, and in a coward AND distasteful behaviour responded to my legal representative, that they will send the POLICE to me should I carry on calling and reporting the matter... How disgusting and dishonest .  Well regular intimidation inflicted in the British Society in a bid of making money or scaring off....

Well think twice if you try to get them developping anything for you.

they filled their website with list of Foreign National names... well Cheap and Cheerful isn't it... Modern Slavery...no wonder a desperate spanish woman difficult to understand, must be so badly treated by this lot.. that she harrassed me over a good number of weeks for a sad amount of 100£... it says it all... bu then again, it was not about the 100£.. it was about an agreement, and the fact that she was trying to con me rather other way round.... 100 pennies would have been too much when she should have been qualified to clarify that such a development is not feasable since there is not space... in a property in FULHAM, where you can't invesnt even 5 centimeters, since planners are strict interms of space..

I sent my exlantory email to their entire management.. but such a bunch of cowards....

Denis Norsted calling herself the head of HR, she just hung up on me, scared in finding out what triggered the situatiion, and shy such a dispicable behaviour from one of their employees.

But think twice if you go to them... If you get unhappy, they will put your details on line to destroy your reputation.. for no apparant reason.. 

Ms Rosa Rius is very Cheap and indeed very expensive for an architect.

KPF.COM ARCHITECTS ARE DISHONEST, as any reputable company, anyone as the Head of HR would have tried to figure out how to resolve the matter rather than creating provoking situation, pushing me to get hold of a solicitor..

I have dozens and dozens of emails sent to my By Ms Rius in a desperate hope to extract such a sad amount of 100£

I have also emails of Denis Norsted from KPF.com, scared of even taking the phone hiding behind the receptionist , and couple fo dispicable emails....

I work for an international interior design company, and I shall ensure to spread the words and tell the truth rather than lies that has been inserted on this ripoff report.

My advise to Rosa Rius.... Go back to your country, as they are using you as much as they have already... Because if you were treated fairly by them, you wouldn't have needed to behave in such a dispicable manner...

Lucy Grey, who works for Artspace galleries agreed a contract with me and at the time to pay, she never paid.

She posted an advert on Gumtree requesting an architect for a loft extension for 250pounds. I replied and she contacted me to start the job. The property is 67 stephendale road, SW6 2LT in Fullham.When I visited the property, she made me believe she lived there and was the owner.

The extension wasnt as straight forward as she initially suggested and we agreed after few sketches and email correspondence that i would do initial drawings to present to the planners. I suggested 100 pounds would be paid after the consultation with the planners and she agreed in 3 emails. I asked her to sign a small contract but she denied claiming it was too complicated for her.

After spending 15 hours drawing, visiting property, visiting planners and emails i sent her the invoice before commencing the second phase of planning application. She suddenly changed her mind and said she would pay me at the end. I requested to be paid several times during the next week. She sent me lots of abussive emails calling me a liar, unprofessional, etc and asking me to finish the job.

Im now submitting a court claim about this and i found in this website another report about her. I also found out she is not the owner of the property and she involved a colleague who works with her in artspace, where the director is the owner of the house. Ive also seen few adverts from her asking for different services for crap money. And lastly i found out through Linkedin that she has another name: Nounette Gale. same surname as the owner lady so probably related.

I hope no other architects fall in this trap and i wished i had seen this report earlier.

Please avoid Lucy Grey, for any service she might request!

After a year of this report being online, she has seen this report and contacted me again with abussive and slightly racist emails. she has also contacted some of my colleagues at the company i work for, but nothing to do with the job i agreed to do for her, so her plan to 'asshame' me has gone wrong. She is bullying me to take the report out of the website, so it looks like at least these type of websites are useful.
