Luft Trailer Sales Ripoff Artists, Liars, Cannot Trust, Mislead, Ellensburg, Washington

Life is full of disappointments.  Is this the way you deal with every disappointment?  I found your language and attitude offensive.  If there was a problem, a few respectful words could probably have fixed it quickly. I have dealt with Jody and found her to be completely the opposite of what you are describing.  The Luft's are too nice of people or you would find yourself in a law suit.  And then to post ignorance like this on the internet. Doesn't say much for you.

Well, Josie and her family at Luft's Trailer Sales has shown class, that I lacked when I was pissed, and offered to honor their original quote for the product, and while offering to install the rear tack admitted that it would not be the same as if done at the factory.  Josie admitted that they messed up and the fact that they are still willing to sell the trailer at the original quoted price speaks volumes on their desire to be the best dealer in the northwest, if not the US, especially after my internet tyrant.  Luft's Trailer Sales is highly recommended, as I know that they will ensure that all special orders will be verified before they release them to the customer. 

I have to acknowledge that even though Left Trailers majorly dropped the ball on us and left us in a major bind, my comments were personal and not very professional.  While I assume many individuals have had very successful business relationships with them I can say it was very disappointing that this situation occurred and most disappointed that they failed to address my issue, knowing they had three weeks to do so.  It is my hope that this was a learning opportunity for them and that future customers benefit greatly. 

I have never had a problem with Luft Trailer Sales in Ellensburg and I have had a lot of dealings with them with buying trailers and repairs. They have always been very helpful even when I have pulled the plug off my trailer on my way to a race. To say that they are inbreed is just rude and maybe you should look in a mirror maybe that is your problem. I will continue to buy and get my repairs done buy Luft Trailer Sales they are wonderful people.
