These are the words of this guy. His name is Luis Cruz, he does business at 346 s I st ste 16, San Bernardino CA 92410. It appears he does not even has a license to do this type of business.
He buys CARS from Copart, fix them an sells them on the Internet. He may takes months to get the car fixed. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM!
When you pay for the Car he is really friendly but when you ask him for an updated he becomes Moody an will start to insult you or even threaten you. He will tell you he has better deals than yours where he can get more money.
Most of the cars he sells are junk cars, YOU WILL ENDED UP LOOSING YOUR TIME PATIENCE AND MONEY!
