Thought I would share my companies experience and include my full name for any "mud-slinging" comments regarding Luke D'Angelo, Chairman & CEO of Trancendent One, Inc.

Well it's New Years 2009, had the unfortunate experience to receive a call from Luke D'Angelo, Chairman & CEO of Transcendent One, Inc. and commence an expensive downhill venture. Some would call it a "pull the rug out from under you journey." Professionally orchestrated by the Chairman & CEO of Transcendent One, Inc., Luke.

Luke D'Angelo, Chairman & CEO of Transcendent One, Inc., agreed to signed two long term leases on behalf of his company. He requested these two apartments inclusive of furnishings, house wares and all utilities a turn-key experience to accommodate two of his colleagues Steve Cox and Virgil Llapitan.

Luke D'Angelo, Chairman  & CEO of Transcendent One, Inc., my opinion he never had any intention to pay rent after the 1st. month or resolve any financial responsibilities (back to the pull the rug rug comment). The check was always in the mail LOL! Our corporate attorney filed all necessary paperwork in Superior Court, the Unlawful detainer a catalyst after several long months of waiting to commence with the eviction of the "squatters" Steve Cox and Virgil Llapitan.

Priceless! Right up to the eviction day given a courtesy reminder posted on the doors from the authorities. Imagine leave for work on moving day? Then return to watch your family being personally removed by sheriffs.

Luke D'Angelo, Chairman & CEO of Transcendent One, Inc., year to date has avoided any/all attempts to resolve the legal judgment currently accruing interest.

Note for the record, clarity and character: Steve Cox and Virgil Llapitan were NOT responsible for the monthly rent payment or responsible parties noted in the Judgment.
