John Cabell at Lumberjack's ordered air conditioning parts from us. He asked for overnight shipping. We shipped him the parts and then his credit card got declined. We have been trying daily to charge it, sent letters, emails, left voice mails, called, but never got to talk to him. We always got sent direct to voice mail. We even sent him to a collection agency. So far, nothing has worked. We will keep trying though. Now that I see other reports, I see that he doesnt like to pay anyone what he owes them.
