I got involved with these companies by responding to an ad for FREE TRIALS of their products if I pay 4.95 each for shipping and handling. They promissed 100% guarantee and they said they would never charge my card in the future. When I discovered these two charges on my card I contacted them. They said I did not cancel the "service" within 14 days so they will not refund the $185.55 but they would cancel any future charges. They offered me a discount because I was unhappy. I refused that offer because I wanted the entire amount of the fraudulent charges refunded to my card I had to cancel my card with the bank and have the charges reversed that way.
