Lundberg & Associates, Salt Lake, UT Looking for more victims of this law firm - foreclosure fraud, misrepesentation Salt Lake City, UT Utah

Our mortgage loan was sold to M&T Bank (payments collected by Bayview). When we had to file bankruptcy reorganization - Lundberg & Associates started contacting us. M&T Bank has been involved in several mortgage fraud cases and has had to pay out millions in restitution. Now our loan has been sold again. We received notice from the court that our bankruptcy payment escalated over $600 a month due in part to documents filed by Lundberg stating we owed them fees, and numerous other charges. Now they want to foreclosure on our property and filed a notice with trustees. The documents do not even credit us with several mortgage payments that were made. The fees and other charges were not even reviewed as we requested. We would like to know if others have had similar dealings with Lundberg & Associates. We read of two cases here including one case where Lundberg did not even have the authority to order a foreclosure and was not even representing that mortgage company - but they did it anyway. Would like to build a class action lawsuit against this firm - Apparently one consumer even filed a complaint with the Utah Bar Association without any results.
