This company charges three times the retail value for its products, and its service sucks. I purchased a name brand bed from them, for $2800 plus financing. The bed was delivered, and set-up by the company. Six months later it collapses, and traps my child’s finger. For the first time I notice the materials the bed is made out of. The middle section of the bed is made out of cardboard, and particle board. I call the company to see, if the bed is still under warranty, and my options at that point. It's still under warranty, and they schedule an appointment for service. Three months later a Service Tech comes out (I needed a Saturday appointment), and takes pictures. I'm informed that, an order would be place to replace the broken parts (the cardboard backing, and particle board support beam).

I call customer service, and spoke to L. Jackson. I asked her, if I had any other options. I tried to explain to her the quality of this item is unacceptable. She asked me to take more pictures, for they can have a better ideal of the problem. I did just that, and received no response. I called back a few days later, and was inform by her they would only replace the parts. What was the point of taking more pictures? I asked her to have the bed picked up.

I'm now getting calls from management wanting another service person to come out, and take pictures. I've checked around recently, and can purchase this bed for under $600. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The payroll deductions might seem convenient, but it's not worth the time and headache. They don't stand behind their products, and any problems you have will be like pulling teeth to have it resolved. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Once an item is delivered you are stuck with it, and their sorry excuse for service (a third party company that doesn’t work for them). One last thing I received a free television with my order. The sound on that also went out after six months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
