PSA: Do not work with Luxe Dope Multimedia I recommend no one to work with this company. They were rude and disrespectful. They don’t meet the deadlines they promise. As a result of all that is mentioned below, they said I could either take the site as is, which is half way done or no longer work with them but they are keeping my money either way. They told me I had unlimited updates until I was fully satisfied. However, they got upset at simple updates that I was asking them to do during the creation process. On top of that, they were skipping over update requests and not fully updating what I needed. Below is a breakdown of everything. When they mentioned I should expect updates on certain days and didn’t, as any professional would do, I followed up. They got angry at me for asking for an update and told me to stop acting like a f*** maniac. This is not how you should talk to your customers. This is not how you build relationships.

Thank you for reaching out to artist YOUNG Gii and we are glad you enjoyed his music.
Based on the services you listed in the email, your team can possibly assist with promotional material such as soundcloud banners and artwork. Along with possibly revamping the brands multi-page website, creating a one page and/or an artist app.


You mentioned providing a few exclusive offers and deals for these services. Can you please elaborate on what is currently available?

On the same day, the company sent over their pricing sheet and we agreed that the service needed would be a one page website. As you can see the turn around time is 4-10 business days.
One Page Website with E-commerce Shop - $150
Turnaround time : 4 to 10 Days

I was told someone would call me at a certain time on 12/11/16 at 1PM, as a result no one called me to discuss my order.


Someone ended up calling me the fllowing days.


On 12/12/16 the company sent the invoice and we paid half $75 as agreed and on 12/13 the website content was provided to the company.
On 12/26/16 I sent an email asking for an update because it was well over their 10 day turnaround
On 12/27/2016 they sent a follow up email with more than half of the site not completed. Therefore it could not have been reviewed properly for us to even make suggestions.
On 1/30/2017 I asked for someone to contact me to further discuss my order. Someone replied back using the words below: “We have just emailed you 5 hours ago. Stop acting like a f*g Maniac.”
Over the course of 3 months, we paid a agreed partial amount of $75 and asked for updates on days where the team offered to follow up but did not. As a business professional, I have never received such horrible service and disrespect from a company. I am the consumer, the company was rude/disrespectful, not willing to fully service me as a consumer, Telling me to stop acting like a f*** maniac when I am simply requesting an update that they promised to make

This was also sent to me about a week ago.


Just heads up, at that same exact time I requested a phone call to gain a better understanding of what was needed. Instead your rep texted me the following. "No Calls. It's way too late in the evening and I have other projects to attend to. Email and text are our primary means of communication for efficiency. No calls."
I then stated that we have a lot to discuss and I needed to speak to someone over the phone because I have questions about the site that went live yesterday. The site was live but was incomplete. The site was live with links to media blog outlets such as Fader, Complex etc.. but those links were not connected to the Artist. The rep then informed me that your guys were still configuring the blog and eccommerce sections. If it wasn't completed then technically the site should not have been live.


The rep then texts me and states, "will await your word to have our guys finish and launch the site." At this point, I am confused because I was under the impression the entire time that after almost two months the site was done when you all requested the go daddy details.


I requested for the rep to let me know if it was done and the rep texted me, "....we need to have some of this content condensed." Now if there has been a delay with finishing the site due to content then I feel like something should have been said sooner instead of the repetitive updates just saying someone would contact me. Those updates could have been much more detailed and that back and forth could have been avoided.

The rep then aggressively texts me asking if I read his previous text messages, which we all know by know that I am far from illiterate and have been nothing but respectful and honest with you guys. I expressed how this experience has been draining and attempted to let the rep know how a phone call could have solved the misunderstanding and miscommunication. In return, the rep says, "We work with thousands of clients and we are the most difficult. We don't have time to call you guys every five minutes for a one page. The process is suppose to be simple and a call is not needed."


Telling a customer that you don't have time to call, when a phone call is requested lets me know that your company does not put the customers first. The staff takes things very personal and says disrespectful things.
The rep then stated that it has been constant bickering from our end. Which it really hasn't. The only times you heard from me was when your team set deadlines and expectations but did NOT follow up with them. Just like any other team who has deadlines, I did what was right and follow up. Don't say you're going to give an update on a certain day but don't. The rep then mentions we haven't even finished paying you. Let be clear, money is not an issue. Paying half was agreed upon by your staff. Remember your team reached out to us about working with us and making the site, we DIDN'T contact you on social media etc.. and ask you for anything. Your team initiated this progress. Just so happened we were considering updating the site during that time anyway so it only made sense.
The rep then said, "I don't have time to call you, it is not worth my time."


Based on the above and previous conversations, this isn't the proper business relationship we were looking to build. This isn't good, it's not even 'Ok' customer service. I believe your team put us on the back burner and didn't treat us with priority as a customer. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and not talked to with such vulgar language. Plus, as a company it's also your responsibility to help create solutions for clients. Then again, maybe not, maybe you all just get paid, do the job and that's it. (No rapport building)
One phone call could have solved this a long time ago. Very easy.
