I have experienced fraud by LuxSpas or LuxSauna Infrared Sauna company based in Denver.
I need ANYONE's  help to get a refund from the $1295 I paid for a sauna I returned (at my doctor's orders after emergency surgery) LuxSuanas signed receipt on at 10:10am on 5/23, and not one dime paid back in refund to me. 
I have waited 15 days for a refund to appear in my account, and have not received a date or communcations about WHEN I can expect my money back- any of it! I paid $1295 for a new sauna under a 90 day Risk Free Trial. I tried to return the sauna after emergency surgery when my Dr said it was unsafe for me. I never took shipment of teh sauna, returned it and was not refunded $1, in spite of 12 phone calls and 8 emails to this company.
Timeline- Dates and actions of Luxspas that has left me without recourse but to file this report...

5/18 -First I ordered the Spa, then had to return it 5/18 due to a unexpected surgery I had, doctors orders. At the time I was extremely disappointed and decided to re-order in 6 months, once the doctor cleared me. I explained all of this to my sales rep. She understood and outlined my options. I chose to return the shipment and requested a refund in writing, and in a call.

5/19 - I was told, I had to pay shipping (-$366) (see below documentation)

5/20 I called & emailed & was told I had to wait for LuxSpas to take receipt of the spa back which occurred 5/23, 10:10am (see below documentation)

5/27 I called. Was called back & told the credit of $929 should show up in my account Tuesday/Wednesday.6/1 6/2

6/1 I called sales, left a message, no response.

6/2- I call my salesperson, she tells me I have to pay 25% additional fee, and she has no idea when I will see my refund. -$323.75 being deducted-in spite of documentation from the company.

6/2 I sent an email with an escalation to president, requesting a call back.., sent email to Paul -head of sales, not response

6/3 I received an email  from the president WITH NO AMOUNT OR DATE to expect a refund. I immediately emailed back asking WHEN to expect it. No answer. I called my sales person twice, no response. I called the main line, was told to email again. Everyone refused to speak to me.    I emailed the President 2 more times, and the sales team. Not a peep.

got your email while on the road... not sure Why the anger.. our policies are clearly stated on the web site... 
and.. i understand you may want to get a sauna at a later date... not sure why you chose not to take delivery - even when your doctor recommended you not use the sauna for a while... which in and of itself is ridiculous.
Its always amazing to me that people think that we should absorb the cost of delivery, packing etc.. when they change their mind. are you not aware that we incur significant cost? does it not matter at all?
you say you intend to purchase a sauna down the road. great, i understand Cindy told you that you will get credit you at that time.

yesterday, you can store it, and who knows you might be released to
use it sooner than 6 months down the road.

According to the SEVEN Other reports here from other folks suckered by these bad people, I look like I am not going to see that REFUND> DO NOT BUY FROM LUXSPAS or any LUX Sauna
