Charged account 98.00, twice and signed me up for a subscription when the trial said 4.95. No return options in the box. Company name keeps changing but ad is the same Tampa, FL Fordham, CA Internet

 Anti age cream said to be a Joanna Gaines product is not. The trial says it costs 4.95 but they bill you 98.00 per product and subscribe you to monthly shipments. The product is cheaply packaged and drying. It changes name on the same web ad that I saw every time I visit. It came with no way to return it and I can't get a full refund even though I cancelled well before 30 days. I just wanted to try a new lotion and it turned into a scammy hassle. NeuLift, NeuSkin, LunAmore, Luxure, Akoura, Prosaria, Age Defy are all the names I've seen it called. Talked to Marcy at customer service and she couldn't seem to understand why I was angry. Told me I couldn't return it because I had opened the product. Isn't that the point of a trial?
