I also was charged $99.98 for some very cheap looking watches.
I called my bank and the bank research the charges and said they could block this recurring charge.
The BBB is always a great place to file a complaint.
Note in my case it was through Amazon.com that this happen, so I filled my complaint against Amazon.
The little seller used Amazon as its front. So, Amazon is who you need to seek resolution.
