I was charged more for a service not performed, that they've admitted to and is proven in my contract. I did not get a quote from this company before they came to my home and finished their work. I was told I would receive a partial refund and now I am being denied unless I remove my honest reviews. I'm being accused of lying so they might cover their end. Terrible company, Joe Dileo and crew should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID LV Restoration/LV Plumbing!!!

Dear Mr. Andrew Ronnberg,
I am very confused & concerned with your accusations is this report you filed today sir. We spoke on the phone earlier today & you were going to retract the other negative, slanderous & defamatory statements you made & we were going to issue you a $100 credit on good faith which you said would make you happy. Now you post additional mistruths about our services that you did not experience sir? I simply do not understand.
You were quoted a price by both myself & 1 of my technicians, prior to them driving over 50 miles one way to your location in Sandy Valley, NV. It was a Sunday & you could not get any other plumbing company to come out at all. We did not want to leave you without the use of your kitchen sink as you stated, so we made time to accomodate you sir. We would certainly not send a technician to drive almost 2 hours round trip without giving you an estimate & you approving.
I have the copy of the signed contract where you signed authorizing the work & then a second signature stating that the job was completed to your satisfaction. Once you made our technician aware that you were a veteran, like me, we applied a 10% discount.
Then, a few days later, you decide you were overcharged & wrote very defamotry/slanderous things about our company. There is no reason for this sir. I personally told you that once you removed these statements that I would have no problem issuing you a $100 credit in order to make you happy. We want every client of ours to be happy.
The contract you signed is for the services that were performed with 2 signatures, signed by your hand sir. If we did not perform the services in our contract, why would you have paid us in full & sign off on our paperwork?
I am asking you very politely, please retract this posting immediately & the other one. If it is not retracted within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to inititate legal proceedings against you for slander & defamation.
We have worked very hard for years doing right by our clients which is why we have so many great reviews & so many repeat customers. This is the first negative review & it is filled with mistruths. Please do the right thing & retract immediately & we will issue you the $100 credit as agreed. Thank you sir.
