These people qualified our buyers for a USDA loan then days before our scheduled closing, disqualified them and said they made too much. All parties involved on all sides of this transaction said they have never dealt with a company as dysfunctional as LYC. We had all our stuff packed, moving truck booked, and people scheduled to help, then boom! Communication was horrible, took several emails from buyers side and sellers (me) to get any response.
