I started with this company when the economy wasnt in jeopardy, paid good payments for 2 years until my business started to struggle. I started getting behind and was very hard to catch up.. I did work out negotiating my contact and paid a 250.00 modification fee for the new contract. Business got tougher and made payments when i could. I tried to work out sending payments when money came available to me. After several phone calls my husband called and spoke to Jolene which she stated if I could make a payment and set up recurring payments monthly that we could still stay in business together. Well after making the payment about 3 days later i needed to set up another payment and if i didnt respond by 3pm the same day she left message she would need to collect the total past due amount of 5500.00 or they would start procedure to secure the equipment.

I run a business every day all day long and check messages when i get a chance, to my misfortune i didnt check until after easter holiday, after the fact, i called and left a message stating that was totally impossible so she stated they would start the steps in securing the equipment. my account was 127 days past due and my monthly payment is 598.00 so the amount due exceeds the monthly payment amounts by double. they are not willing to take off late fees and tag on whatever other fees they want to that. my landlord for my salon gave me a 1800.00 a month break during these times. this company is ruthless, i know they worked with me the first time but i did pay a processing fee of 250.00 and the amount was tagged on to the end of my loan, they didnt offer me any kind of deal. i have paid approximately 2 1/2 years payments , with a total of approximately 18k and the total lease was for 25k. with no equipment i cant keep my business open so i am literally doomed. My intentions have always been to pay for what i owe but  if the funds arent there it cant be done, only in moderation. they are totally ruthless. i also did put a security deposit , so they in the long run they truly benefit and as a small business owner will be forced to close my doors.
