M & T Appliance "Appliance Professor" is the name now being used to ripp people off. Installed a switch iwith a lifetime warranty in a Jenn Air ccoktop. The switch failed and the company would not replace it under the warranty. New Braunfels, Texas

Three years ago, M & T Appliance replaced an "Intelligent Switch" on my Jenn-Air cooktop for $300+. I was advised that there was a lifetime warranty on the switch. Three months later, the switch stopped working. I have tried to get this company to live up to its promise of the "lifetime" warranty on the switch. All of my efforts have been in vain, so I had to shell out $500+ to get another compay to replace the switch.
Do not use M & T Appliance or their AKA, "Appliance Professor" under any circumstance. You will be giving your money away. In New Braunfels, Texas, the number is 830-609-1630. In San Antonio, Texas, the number is: 210-404-9493.
I am currently working with the Comal County District Attorney's Consumer Fraud Section, regarding this matter.
