Owner Mike Faucher was full of promises that were never met. Wish we had known this before hiring his company for our hardscape project. What a disater!! Poorly installed retaining wall, flagstone path and patio that was over 6 inches above grade and sloped toward the house, and just a lack of quality!! He was unwilling to come meet with us and resolve the issues, after not completing the job and being paid over $12,000 of his "cash discount"!! We had to pay another company to rip almost 1/2 of it out and do it the right way. What a complete and utter nightmare!! This guy is professional?? I think not!! Be careful before the owner puts his arrogant "used car" sales man tactics in place!! What a complete rip off!!

I used this company and they were not only wonderful to work with, but they were professional and the customer service was superb! I don't know why the above "Charles" had such a problem, but I doubt it was the company's fault. This company not only stands for quality work and valued customers, but it has also won the Best of New Hope for the past 3 consecutive years!! "Charles" is crazy!
