On 1/27/17 a line of credit of 3000.00 was put on my credit report and charged 300.00 on the account it was closed 2/28/18 I can't find this instatute's phone number all I found was an address 906 S. Bishop have. Rolla, missouri 65401-4415 this is on my credit report says this is a credit card.
